Kenyans in France | Esther Muthoni Muriithi Miss Africa Midi-Pyrnes, 2016!

Esther Muthoni Muriithi, 24 years, a kenyan living in France, student of Paul Sabatier University, Toulouse, France,  succeeds Atundembo Eunice, who wore the crown since summer 2015. Christine Rimbert was elected 1st Dauphine and Nadia Marieme Diop 2nd Dauphine

On saturday 9 july, during the third edition of Afrik'A Toulouse festival Esther Muthoni Muriithi was crowed Miss Africa Midi-Pyrnes, 2016.


"To participate, candidates must have African origins, live in the area, be between 18 and 28 years old and measure more than 1.65 meters," explains Nelly Nbolo association Afro Events.


After selection in May, fifteen candidates paraded at the Parc des expositions, wearing dresses made by an African designer. They also paraded with a swimming costume and a parade with a traditional dress of their country of origin.


The nine juges, including designers, a photographer, the Consular of Mali, Miss Elegance and Miss Africa Midi-Pyrnes in 2015 were conquered by Esther Muthoni Muriithi.
